Original 1920s 20s Vintage Flapper Black Straw Cloche HatThis fabulous cloche hat was made from black straw in the 1920s. It features a turned up brim decorated with a grosgrain ribbon at the edge. The hat sits low over the face for classic flapper style. The inside is lined for additional wearing comfort. Size: 22 1 2 The hat is in very good condition throughout, however the lining is coming away on one side and there is some bobbling to the straw as pictured.
