70’s Black Velour Skirt Cross Stitched w/ Bolero1970s black velour skirt with wonderful cross stitch embroidered border! The skirt has an elastic waist and is self lined. It feels like a cotton velour. The vest was found with the skirt but was not original to it. However, it looks great with it! Its made of velvet and is lined with acetate. Made by Justin McCarty.
